"Bainbridge Portfolio" consists of CH Czyżyny, CH Bielawy and CH Guliwer shopping centres. The portfolio was sold by Aerium to Newbridge.
The schemes were originally developed by Carrefour. At the moment of transaction, they were 99% occupied and had sales 45% higher than the Polish national per square meter average.
The anchor tenant was Carrefour and other occupiers included Leroy Merlin, Rossmann, CCC, Deichmann, RTV Euro AGD, Jysk, Pepco, and Douglas. Each of the properties had significant upside possibilities.

The retail portfolio sale was led by the Avison Young team.
