AEW Europe sold Atrium Tower to VIG Fund.
Atrium Tower is an office building located in the CBD of Warsaw at 25 Jana Pawła II Avenue. 
The property was constructed by Skanska Property in 1997 and
sold to AEW Europe in 2001. The building underwent a total refurbishment programme and secured sustainable income delivered by multiple tenants.

Avison Young introduced the property to VIG Fund and advised in the acquisition.
