HopStop portfolio of five retail parks was sold by Katharsis Development to the international Czech investor CPI Property Group, strong in the retail segment.
This transaction constituted the first sales in Poland of a standalone portfolio of pure retail parks. HopStop is a genuinely Polish example of a convenience type retail parks chain, of a high quality standard and solid construction, recognised in 2017 with the Convenience Store Chain of the Year Award.

The marketing of the property portfolio was conducted by Avison Young and successfully closed in Q2 2018.
