We have been invited by the UW students to run a webinar on investment property market in Poland.
The webinar was organized by WNE UW Finance Students’ Scientific Association. It was the first webinar organized by the Association touching the topic of the real estate investment market. Avison Young was represented by Dariusz Karaszewski, Senior Consultant at the Investment Department. Darek explained what are the type of the commercial properties, who is buying them, what are the investors' criteria and what is a role of the Advisor in the whole sale-purchase process, etc.
