Malta House was completed in 2013 by Skanska. This class A building offers ca. 14,300 sqm GLA of modern office space on 4 storeys. The ground floor houses a spacious reception hall, retail and service units for Malta House’s tenants. Two levels of underground parking provides 273 places. Malta House is situated at Antoniego Baraniaka Street in the established business hub at the edge of CBD of Poznań. This location provides good access to the other parts of the city, either by car or by public transport.
