Union extends cooperation with Avison Young on Holiday Inn hotel

Avison Young was initially responsible for the landlord technical advisory at the final stage of the construction process as well as at preopening phase of the hotel. Currently our technical advisory team will be responsible for the landlord technical supervision of the property and management of technical projects.

Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre was acquired by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH in January 2018. Avison Young was initially responsible for the landlord technical advisory at the final stage of the construction process as well as at preopening phase. Currently the investor extends cooperation with Avison Young, who will be responsible for the landlord technical supervision of the property and management of the technical projects.

Warsaw hotel offers 256 rooms with modern conference space. Lobby reflects IHG concept of “open lobby”, implemented in several hotels from the group, combining areas of the reception desk, lounge zone, restaurant in one common, casual space.

Avison Young technical advisory team will be led once again by Grzegorz Kaleta – Director of Hotel Advisory and Technical Advisory, experienced engineering director, who manages already several hotel properties located in main Polish cities.

Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre, along with Radisson Blu in Krakow, Radisson Blu in Wroclaw, and Hampton by Hilton in Warsaw, is a subsequent property, owned by Union Investment, supported by Avison Young with technical consultancy services.
