Centerscape acquired two retail units in Warsaw

Avison Young delivered to the purchaser technical due diligence services.

Centerscape purchased two retail units, both located in Warsaw. One at Obozowa street, the other one - at Belgradzka street. Their total GLA is ca. 5,000 sqm.

Avison Young technical advisory team was responsible for technical due diligence of the purchased units. This is another project conducted by Avison Young for Centerscape.
