We are excited to share that Patron Capital and Trei Real Estate have sold portfolio of 6 Vendo Parks to joint venture of SCF | Star Capital Finance (SCF Investment Partners SICAV) and Generali Investments CEE, investiční společnost, a.s.

This is the second largest retail transaction recorded in 2026 so far and the largest retail parks portfolio transaction. All assets are large in scale retail parks, new and situated in established shopping locations, close to residential areas.
