Sky Office Center sold

We are happy to announce that our Investment Department advised Hines on disposal of Sky Office Center in Warsaw as the exclusive sales agent – well done, Marcin Purgal, MRICS, Artur Czuba & Renata Zielińska!

The purchaser is a Polish investor. Sky Office Center is a boutique A-class office building located in a well-established office location of Mokotów Business District.
