Royal Wilanów changes hands

Grupa Capital Park has sold an A class mixed-use property located in Warsaw – Royal Wilanów (37,000 sqm GLA). Total value of this well-established building exceeded EUR 100 million.

The new owner is WOOD & Company for whom Avison Young delivered complex transaction advisory including investment and technical due diligence.
