MSA Safety new fit-out

We are happy to inform that a brand new fit-out for MSA - The Safety Company in their Warsaw office has been successfully delivered! Avison Young team had pleasure to manage the project of 1,500 sqm fit-out works on behalf of the tenant – congratulations Maciej Wieczorkiewicz and the team, Monika Bereza, Kamil Głowienka, Piotr Krysztopa & Kamil Olechniewicz!

Beyond interior redesign, the scope included extensive engineering and installation works. A key assumption of the project was a "zero waste" strategy, prioritizing the reuse of existing elements over full disposal.

The project and construction works were delivered by Plan B GROUP.
