HOL 7.7 office complex changes hands

Avison Young investment advisory team is responsible for ca. 1/3 office investment transactions in the Poland's market this year. And we have just closed another transaction in Mokotów Business District in Warsaw: White Stone Development sold HOL 7.7 complex to Flora Development. The asset comprises two office buildings totalling ca. 15,000 sqm GLA and parking area nearby.
