Avison Young European teams won a tender for Generali Real Estate Portfolio Valuations

Portfolio comprises 150 properties located in CEE and SEE Regions.

Generali Real Estate has run a tender to reveal an advisory company to provide valuation services for the Generali’s properties located in Central Eastern and Southeastern Europe. Avison Young teams have acted jointly and won the annual valuation contract. The Generali portfolio comprises almost 150 properties from office, residential, logistics and retail market sectors.
